“Awaken, Cheonma 1973“ by Just Jerk in Collaboration with the Gyeongju National Research Institute of Cultural Heritage
To mark the 50th anniversary of the Cheonmachong Tomb excavation, the Gyeongju National Research Institute of Cultural Heritage has partnered with the globally acclaimed dance crew “Just Jerk” to create a commemorative video. This unique collaboration presents a reinterpretation of the iconic “Cheonma(heavenly horse)” image from the tomb through the dynamic dance performances of Just Jerk. Skillfully combining explosive energy with an understated aesthetic, the video is now accessible on the Gyeongju National Research Institute of Cultural Heritage’s official YouTube channel.
